Pricing and Availability
All products are subject to availability. All prices in our catalogs or on our website are subject to change without notice. Though we do our best to avoid errors, ChiroEquip is not responsible for errors in printing, redaction or spelling. Not all information on our website is guaranteed to be current and up-to-date. Manufacturers make changes without notice, products become obsolete and unavailable without notice. Many items listed are preowned or configured by special order and their availability may not be repeated. Some items are unique and are available only in a quantity of one or can become unavailable indefinitely. All availability is based on a “first to pay” basis. All orders are subject to acceptance by ChiroEquip.
If you need to cancel or amend your web order, please call us immediately as once your order is sent to our warehouse it is difficult to stop shipment. If you decide to cancel your order after the deadline, we will process your request as a product return. Cancellations and product returns require prior written approval. Return orders are subject to restocking fees of at least 15% plus any inbound or outbound shipping expenses.
If supply backorders or any non capital purchase (products under $500) causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, we will pay the cost of regular shipping on all shipments following the original order (excluding international orders or heavy equipment freighted by truck). All oversized item charges apply.
All custom orders are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and may cause a delay in shipping or additional, non-published fees. Tables of all kinds are considered custom orders as they are all built to order, specific by color, may be size specific and usually have features and functions that are optional choices.
We ship most anywhere in the world, with the exception of embargoed countries or other locations with US export restrictions. Our internet prices are all in US currency. Exchange rates, tariffs, export or import duties and any international storage fees are all separate and are not the responsibility of ChiroEquip or S2 MEDCO, LLC
